What I want for you.


- I want to you believe in yourself and know you’re worthy of everything you have & want.

- I want you to care deeply about yourself and value what makes you unique.

- I want you to re-write any limiting beliefs that are holding you back/keeping you stuck.

- I want you to own your story and share it with the world.

- I want you to identity, accept and express all your feelings.

- I want you to know how it feels to have your feelings validated and affirmed.

- I want you to have secure, safe, loving, and satisfying relationships with people.

- I want you to feel truly loved, cared for and supported.

- I want you to feel the power of truly loving another person.

- I want you to feel, seen, heard, and respected for who you are, not just what you do.

- I want you to ask for more help, more often and in more areas of your life.

- I want you to bravely face your moment of truth, knowing you’re on the verge of greatness.

- I want you to not let fear of what other people think or say stop you from your greatness.

- I want you to worry less and enjoy more.

- I want you to embrace pleasure and feeling really, really good.

- I want you to be unapologetic in asking for what you want out of life.

- I want you to be compassionate and kind with yourself and with others.

- I want you to hold yourself accountable and have people in your life who do the same.

- I want you to be the author of your story.

- I want you to know healthy self-discipline and the power of positive daily habits.

- I want you to be the grown up version of you.

- I want you to breathe.

- I want you to train your mind to harness its power.

- I want you to slow down and let it come.

- And sometimes I want you to speed it up and go after it.

- I want you to let imperfection be your path to personal freedom.

- I want you to feel less alone.

- I want you to have time and energy for you, your loved ones, and your sacred work.

- I want you know what your sacred work is.

- I want you to have all the money you want and need without being controlled by it.

- I want to ride the waves of grief and loss you are or will face.

- I want you to learn and grow through heartbreak, adversity and pain.

- I want you to honor and let go of what no longer serves you.

- I want you to have more fun.

- I want you to stop asking for permission to be who you are.

- I want you to be courageous in love.

- I want you to say what's on your mind and in your heart.

- I want you to consider other people’s feelings and give generously of yourself to them.

- I want you to know what it’s like to trust another person and to be trusted by them.

- I want you to let the Universe/God/Higher Power/Spirit/Consciousness take care of you.

- I want you to accept your body and be good to it.

- I want you to stop saying you’re going to do yoga when, deep down, you don't like it.

- I want you to dance more.

- I want you to see a Beyonce, Lizzo or Madonna concert at least once.

- I want you learn the "foreign" language your soul craves.

- I want you to honor your creativity and express it however you please.

- I want you to pause, be still and exhale.

- I want you to let go of how you think it should be done and just do it your way.

- I want you to live the life you’re here to live & feel your best along the way.
